Motion is:

"Paul to be RM for 2.2.0 with immediate effect:

Rights/Responsibilities:
- To choose what is in and what is out for 2.2.0
- To set timescales, and adjust them in flight.
- Right to word the release announcement of release (and KTT if there is
one).

Remuneration:
- $8,320 (on completion), unless waived by Paul."


As ever, RM decisions can be overruled by a team vote. RM is also
expected to be reasonable - even though 'reasonable' is not formally
defined.

Vote closes on Tuesday April 18th.
