[Audacity-devel] Crash opening menu of some AU effects, regression from 2.1.2

On macOS, enable AUSampleDelay.

Open that effect.

Click the "hamburger" menu.

Crash!

Does not happen in 2.1.2.

The regression is my fault.

The fix is in my fork in branch AUbug .
