[Audacity-devel] Add support for importing/exporting SubRip subtitles

I would just like to notify you guys about a pull request I opened a
while ago on GitHub which enables Audacity to handle SubRip subtitles:

I would appreciate it if someone could take a moment to look at the pull
request and share their thoughts. If necessary, I am happy to put more
work into the proposed changes in order to get them merged.
